Before opening Harbor Optical in Gig Harbor’s Harbor Plaza, Dan manufactured corrective lenses for glasses and contact lenses and provided lens fitting services for eye doctors. Local opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists often refer difficult lens fits to Harbor Optical because of Dan and Gail’s unique background and skillset.
Gail’s eye for frame fashion and skill at fitting lenses is also exceptional, and the apple didn’t fall far from either tree when their son Adam received the highest test score when he took his dispensing opticians state licensing boards.
